Every WhatsApp business message has a per-message cost charged directly by Meta — not by us. Most BSPs charge a markup on top of these rates, often hidden inside platform fees. We charge zero markup. Below are Meta's current published rates for India.

Year 1 with Studio retainer comes out comparable to a higher-tier BSP — but you get a finished, designed WhatsApp product instead of a dashboard. From year 2 onward, if you want to self-operate, your annual cost drops significantly because there's no platform subscription.

No. Studios don't do free trials — they do discovery calls. The 30-minute call is free; you walk out with a clear sketch of what we'd build and a number. From there, you decide. The work itself doesn't have a trial version because there isn't one to give — the design and build are bespoke.
Because we don't sell software. We design and deploy your WhatsApp product, hand it to you, and optionally operate it with you on the Studio retainer. Monthly SaaS pricing exists to recoup software development costs across many customers. We're not selling software — we're selling design and build labor on top of Meta's Cloud API.
Your WhatsApp Business Account is yours, hosted directly with Meta. We don't custody it. If you want to walk away, you take the WABA and the flows we built; you find someone to run them or operate them yourself. We provide handover documentation. No lock-in. No "export your data" friction.

Rarely, and only for very specific situations — typically when we're building a WhatsApp-native product that has independent commercial value (the brnd.ink model). For standard service work, no. We bill cleanly and stay focused on craft.
Yes, GST at 18% is added to our invoices. We're a registered Indian entity. For overseas clients, we invoice in USD without GST (export of services).
Standard split for Build is 50% on kickoff, 50% on delivery. For Custom builds (₹1L+), we typically do 40/30/30 across milestones. Studio retainer is invoiced monthly in advance.
