aivite is a brnd.ink studio that builds WhatsApp products on Meta's Cloud API. This page explains what data we collect from people who visit aivite.com or work with us, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We've tried to write this in plain English. Where we couldn't, we've explained the terms.
aivite is operated by brnd.ink with team members in Delhi, India and New York, USA. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), we act as a Data Fiduciary. For visitors from the EU, EEA, or UK, we act as a Data Controller under the GDPR. For questions about your data, contact us at kunal@brnd.ink.
When you visit the site: basic technical information your browser sends automatically — IP address (which we anonymise), browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, the referring website, and the duration of your session. We use this to understand how the site is being used and to improve it.
When you contact us: your name, phone number (WhatsApp), email address, company name (if you share it), and the content of your message. We collect this so we can respond to you and discuss your project.
When you become a client: additional information necessary to deliver our services — billing details, technical credentials you choose to share, project requirements, and communication history. Stored for as long as our working relationship is active, plus any retention period required by law or for legitimate business needs.
Cookies: see our separate cookie policy.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone. Ever. We don't run ad retargeting pixels. We don't sync your contact information into third-party marketing databases. The only people who see your data are the aivite team members who genuinely need it to help you, and the few service providers listed below who help us run the studio.
We share data only with service providers who help us run aivite and only to the extent necessary. These currently include:
We do not transfer data to any other third parties for marketing or analytics enrichment.
Wherever you are, you have the right to know what we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it's wrong, ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements), and ask us to stop using it for any purpose you didn't agree to. People in the EU/EEA/UK have additional rights under the GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. People in India have specific rights under the DPDP Act 2023 including the right to nominate. Email kunal@brnd.ink to exercise any of these rights and we'll respond within 30 days.
Because we operate between India and the US, some data necessarily moves between these jurisdictions during our normal operations. We use standard contractual safeguards with our service providers to protect data during these transfers.
aivite is a B2B studio; we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact us and we'll delete it immediately.
We may update this policy as our practices or the law evolves. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of aivite.com after changes constitutes acceptance.
For any privacy question, concern, or request: kunal@brnd.ink. We aim to respond within 5 business days for non-urgent matters and 24 hours for urgent matters.
This policy describes aivite's current practices in good faith. For specific legal advice about how it applies to your situation, please consult a qualified lawyer.
