WhatsApp for Creators & Solopreneurs

Your service, delivered inside the chat.

You don't need a website with a calendar widget. You don't need an app no one downloads. You don't need a newsletter. You need a WhatsApp-native product — your service, turned into a chat experience your clients open without thinking. We design and build it.

Built on Meta's Cloud API · Made for the way you actually work

The honest version

The existing tools weren't built for you.

WhatsApp BSPs are built for businesses with marketing teams. You don't have a marketing team. You are the team. The "broadcast tools," "team inbox," and "CRM integrations" they sell aren't insults — they're just for someone else.

01

The dashboard isn't worth your time.

The standard WhatsApp platform asks you to learn it. Set up flows. Build chatbots. Configure tags. You're a yoga teacher, a designer, a dietitian — your highest-leverage hour is teaching, not configuring. A tool that costs ₹2,500/month and an hour a day isn't a tool. It's a job.

02

Your service doesn't fit a "campaign."

You don't run marketing campaigns. You take consults, deliver plans, ship feedback, send weekly check-ins. The standard tools' core unit is the broadcast. Yours is the relationship. Mismatched primitives, mismatched product.

03

Your clients pay for craft, not convenience.

A client who works with you doesn't want generic auto-replies. They want your voice, your taste, your turnaround. A templated chatbot is the opposite of why they chose you. The medium of delivery is part of the product.

What we build for creators

Six patterns. Yours is probably one of them.

Each pattern below is a way of turning a service into a WhatsApp-native product. We start from your actual workflow and design backward. You're not buying a chatbot. You're getting a productized version of how you work, deployed on the channel your clients already use.

01

Input → AI generation → delivery

A client sends inputs (a brand brief, a meal preference, a workout history, a birth chart). The bot routes them through an AI generation flow you've designed. Results return in the same thread. The brnd.ink pattern. Applies to any service with a structured input and creative output.

02

Scheduled check-ins

Clients pay monthly for ongoing access to you. The bot delivers scheduled check-ins — Monday intentions, Thursday accountability, Sunday reflection prompts. You write templates once; the system delivers them on cadence. You stay in the loop when conversations get specific.

03

Consult → plan → follow-up

A client books a 1-on-1 consult. After the call, the bot delivers your plan (designed PDF, structured message, or both) with built-in reminders and check-in cadences. Three weeks later, the bot prompts a follow-up booking automatically.

04

Subscription-style daily content

A subscriber pays for daily insight — a daily horoscope, prompt, workout, Sanskrit verse with translation. The bot delivers, on cadence, in your voice. Subscriptions renew automatically; lapses trigger re-engagement.

05

Cohort-based delivery

You run a small cohort — six weeks, ten learners. The bot handles the weekly content drop, assignment submissions, peer-paired exercises, group nudges. You teach. The system manages the operational layer.

06

Booking-only, designed properly

Sometimes you don't need a complex product — you just need clients to book consults without DMs getting lost. We build a clean, designed booking experience with reminders, follow-ups, and payment links. Smaller scope, smaller price.

A case from our own studio

The brnd.ink first draft, delivered in WhatsApp.

brnd.ink is a brand identity studio. Their WhatsApp-native product turns three inputs into a working first-draft brand system. No website, no form, no onboarding flow. The client types. The bot generates. The first draft arrives in the chat.

Step 01 · The conversation opens

An invitation

No form. No menu. No "click here to begin." Just an invitation in the voice of the studio.

Step 02 · Client types naturally

Three inputs

The client types naturally. The bot parses. The AI generation runs in the background. No fields, no validation errors, no submit button.

Step 03 · First draft arrives

The product

The deliverable is the product. The booking is the upsell. The "re-do with a note" loop is the polish that makes it feel like a human studio, not a machine.

This pattern works for any service that takes structured inputs and returns creative output. It can be yours.

Why this works

The conditions are unusually aligned right now.

WhatsApp is where your clients already are.

Every client you have already has WhatsApp open. No download, no signup, no login, no friction. The most expensive part of every product launch is getting users into the app. You don't have to. They're there.

AI is good enough to be useful, not so good that it replaces you.

Generation models in 2026 are excellent at structured creative output — first drafts, plans, summaries, frameworks. They are not excellent at taste, judgment, or relationship. Your job is the second set. The bot handles the first. The combination is more productive than either alone.

Productizing your service makes it scale without diluting it.

A coach who takes 1-on-1 calls maxes out at ~20 clients. A coach with a WhatsApp-native product around their methodology can serve 200 with the same depth — because the bot does the operational scaffolding (intake, plans, check-ins) and the coach reserves their hours for the conversations that need them.

Pricing for creator builds

From ₹35,000. Or ₹1,00,000+ for AI-generation products.

For simpler builds (booking flows, check-in cadences, structured delivery of pre-written content), the Build tier (₹35,000 one-time) usually covers it. You receive the deployed product, branded templates, and a 30-day support window.

For AI-generation products (input → generation → delivery, like brnd.ink's), pricing starts at ₹1,00,000 — the build includes generation logic, output design, edge-case handling, and quality calibration. Most creators earn the build back in 3–8 client cycles.

Questions creators ask us

The honest answers.

This is the most important question on this list. The answer is: only if the product is designed badly. A good WhatsApp-native product is more of you, not less — because every message, every flow, every tone choice is written by you (or by us in close collaboration) once, and then delivered consistently. The clients who notice the difference are the ones who say "you respond so thoughtfully." That thoughtfulness becomes the design.

Most time investment is in the design phase — we spend roughly 4–6 hours with you over 2–3 weeks, mostly understanding how you work and writing message templates together. After launch, ongoing time is near zero for booking-style products, and 1–2 hours a week for products with AI generation that need occasional output review.

For templates and standard messages: yes, we hand off a simple system. For deeper flow changes (new logic, new branches): you'll come back to us, or learn the underlying tooling if you'd like to. We don't lock you in — your WhatsApp Business Account belongs to you, hosted directly with Meta.

Most likely fine. The patterns above cover ~80% of creator services. What changes between a dietitian and a designer is mostly tone, copy, and the specifics of the output — not the architecture. We've built for unusual niches before, and the discovery call is where we figure out if your case fits.

Three common models. Per-product — clients pay once for a deliverable (the brnd.ink pattern). Subscription — clients pay monthly for ongoing access. Hybrid — pay-to-start, optional upsell to ongoing. We help you design the right one during the build.

For paid products, yes. WhatsApp supports payment links from Razorpay, Stripe, PayU, and most major Indian gateways. We integrate whichever you use (or set one up if you don't have one yet). The client pays inside chat; you receive a notification; the bot releases the deliverable.

Yes — message us on WhatsApp directly and we'll walk you through it. That conversation is also a live demo of what a designed WhatsApp interaction feels like.

Other industries we build for

We work with three verticals at the studio.

When you're ready

Your service, made into a product
people actually use.

30-minute call. We walk through your work, sketch what a WhatsApp-native version could look like, and quote a number. Bring your existing offer. Bring nothing. Both work.
